Latest Post widget's links not working

  1. I have recently been helping a friend in creating a website for his theater group here: http://philadelphiaperformanceproject.com/
    I have two questions:
    1) The "News" sidebar (which is the "latest posts" widget) links are not working. When you click on the link, it takes you to a broken/missing page instead of the actual post. Now if you went to the "news" page itself via the navigation bar, you see all the posts there. Another thing with this, is if you try to click to bring up just that post (by clicking the post's title) it also brings you to a broken or missing page.
I was wondering if this has anything to do with my theme (Irresistable by WooThemes) or the fact that I have the posts page being put on the "News" page and the Front page to a static page "Home". I was able to do this on another site of mine: http://www.frenzified.com
and had none of these problems I'm having with the blog posts.
Any ideas how to fix this????

    Another question I have is:
    2) why is there two "home" buttons showing up on my navigation bar? Just wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of the extra one. There is only one 'home" page in my pages directory, but for some reason there is two home buttons showing up at the top navigation.

Thanks and if you need any more information from me, I will gladly give it to you if you can help me fix this!
    Help me someone out there!
    -M

  3. it wouldn't let me choose to put the blog in question in the dropdown menu, but the blog/site I'm having issues with is:
    http://philadelphiaperformanceproject.com/

  4. That isn't a WordPress.COM blog. You need to be at wordpress.ORG, as the bot said.
