I wand to completely customize my blog. Where can I lean how to do this? I am a graphic designer but not a web geek. I want my blog to look more like a website.

I have two recommendations for you. The first is to check out the CSS Customization forum. You'll see lots of customization options there! And typically step-by-step how-to's as well.
The second recommendation is to check out Chris Coyier's site:
http://css-tricks.com/There are a lot of video tutorials there that are very helpful!
