   I'm VERY new at this. I would like a Leave a Reply / comments on my home page. I'm able to do that on the other pages, but not Home. Help??!!

   I think your trying to leave a comment on your actual home page, unless you have a static one - you can't do this. You have to first click on a post and comment on that.
