Hi Happiness Engineers! My name is Steve Greene, and I run 8 WordPress blogs, having begun in 2009. I am experiencing an issue with just one of my blogs, Trike Asylum, which now has more than 300,000 visits and 1,075 comments - it is three years old. During the past week or so, my readers have reported that they can no longer leave comments because the "Leave a Reply" box is no longer the former size, and, there are no places to place their name, email, and website as has always been the case. Neither is there a "Submit" button anymore. They can write their comment by manually enlarging the reply box, but there is no way to proceed from there.
I have confirmed these issues independently this week, trying to leave a comment myself on multiple computers, on both Windows and Linux OS platforms, and using Firefox, Chrome, and IE browsers. The situation is the same regardless of platform or browser. I am confronted with a miniature replay box and no way to actually post the comment. The only way I can comment is within the admin panel while signed in. I have been running this blog since January 2010, and comments have always been allowed. I have made no changes whatsoever. This bizarre issue just began occurring on its own, and has affected all my readers worldwide. Please visit http://trikeasylum.wordpress.com to see what I am describing. None of my other blogs experience this problem - they continue to work as expected.
Thank you for your time and consideration my friends!
Steve Greene
