This person is making false statements about our company, Yaoi World. We are not associated with Ms. Takenouchi. We do not appreciate the implications made in this blog that we are associated with her. We have sent a Cease and Desist letter. What else can we do to have this blog removed?

Hi. I just received threatening letters from this person, and to be honest, there is no 'Yaoi World' company. It's an online zine that hasn't launched yet. I refused to do an interview because I didn't trust the validity of their organization - ever since, they've been trying to drum up publicity for themselves by picking a fight with someone 'internet-famous'.
Please advise how I can present my case to anyone to establish that I've 'libeled' no one.
