Then you will need to edit them all and change the date they were posted on, so the oldest always appears newest, etc.

You're welcome. You might want to explain this to your readers in a sidebar widget or Sticky post, as it is the reverse of what most people expect in a blog, and they might have difficulty finding the new posts.
