   Is there a simple way to add a metatag in the head section of the home page?

   Add the following meta tag in the head section of your homepage:
   <meta name="blogcatalog" content="9BC10466174" />

   Thanks

   The blog I need help with is makeapowerfulpoint.com.

   Hi. Sorry, but here at WordPress.com, you cannot edit the Meta tags like that. Check if BlogCatalog can identify you otherwise.

   They do have other methods - but they all involve putting up a link with a badge. I really don't wnat to do that...

   I'm sorry but as all blogs on this multiuser blogging platform wearing the same theme are using the same template we cannot access metadata at all. Only Staff can access those files and edit and every edit they make affects all blogs wearing the same theme. Hence the badge with a link is what's left for you to use.
