WordPress.com and WordPress.ORG work very differently so we can't help you with a WordPress.ORG blog. More info on the difference here:

Well as we only provide support for WordPress.com blogs then we can't help you. This is what the report above states: Server hostname: websites.homestead.com so that's where you need for support.
I don't even think it is a WordPress anything - looks like a standard web page - that means they have lots of options but that would be a regular web designer.
