There is a home link on the page that says Not Found, but if you click on any of the other page links it is there. However "home" does not show up in any of the pages...all other pages are available.
The blog I need help with is electkahn.wordpress.com.
If you're talking about the blog linked to your username, then obviously you resolved this. The Home tab isn't a page such as those you can create or edit, it's just a link back to your blog front. Your blog front displays your latest posts by default, so you get a Not Found message if you have no posts. Once you publish a post, or set your front to display a static page instead of your posts, the message goes away.
