Which link? All links categorized as Disability and Retirement (the only two widgets set) are displaying.

Hi, sorry I wasn't very specific - I have a link "Mental Health Online" in the link category "Mental health" Neither the category nor the link shows on my blog, but when I list All Links in the Dashboard, I can see both

You'll need to add a new Links widgets for that specific category via Appearance -> Widgets in your blog's Dashboard.
