When I insert a link to another website, it doesn't open that website but instead goes to the WordPress "types of blogs" page. I know I've inserted the link correctly, and I've done it several times. After I Update my blog and Preview it, the link still goes to the "types of blogs" page. Help! Thank you!

I’m sorry but this is not a matter for posting to a public forum. We Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff. You have a warning notice on your dashboard with a link in it. Please click that link.
If you contacted Staff by using the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.

You might try reading the link, should explain things

Their site is not suspended nor is posting disabled, just the bot is breaking links - they should read the types of blogs - link as well as the links you have posted - they don't yet have any warning to click on.
