I am getting a message "Your subscription to Domain Mapping is about to run out! Visit the Upgrades page to renew it." but there is not link on the upgrades page to renew the Domain Mapping subscription.
Can anybody suggest me where I can find this link?

Try the Settings > Domains page. It should be on there along from the domain name.
Related: is it possible to pay for a couple of years in advance? I never know when I am going to have money and I'd rather spend ten or fifteen when I DO to ensure I don't have to when I DON'T.
