I am about to publicise my blog but I am not sure whether I should check the box for 'I would like my links to be public, without passing through hiderefer.com.'
I tried going to find out more by going to hiderefer.com but my Norton Anti-Virus software gave me a message saying that 'Fraudulent Web Page Blocked'.
Just wondering: what is this feature for?

The blog I need help with is winkypedia.wordpress.com.
The "hidreferer" thing only has to do with blogs that are set to private. Once you take your blog public, it has no effect whatsoever.
On private blogs, it is a way to keep people from knowing the URL of your blog when someone clicks on a link in your private blog. It blocks that site from seeing the URL of the private blog.
