   For the past two years my user's name does no longer link to my weblog.

   //Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes. Then Now every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. //

   That's what I did. And yes, I saved the changes.
   The link was there at the start of my weblog-run, at one time my user name suddenly went unlinkeable. The name does link at other wordpress-fuelled weblogs, though. It's only on this forum where it doesn't.

   I asked advice in this matter more than once and never got a reaction (for being off-topic?), I hope I will this time.

   Hello there. If the content in that blog is not "mature" ie; adults only - NSFW (not safe for work) in nature, then normally your username can be easily linked. So if your blog does not have a "mature" blog content and the linking is not happening please contact Staff for help. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

   Yes, it's somewhat mature and/or adult sometimes. However, last year I applied for a Mature Contents banner myself, and I remember that WP, after feeling up my blog contents, didn't find such procaution necessary. As yet.
   But why then do I get reprimanded on this forum for not linking? I mean, do I have to warn 'Sorry, I can't be linked, I'm blogging naughty material' for every technical request I post here?

   When Volunteers answer support questions it's helpful for us to be able to confirm that those who post are actually referring to wordpress.COM free hosted blogs and not to wordpress.ORG installs. The software is different and the answers can be different too so we ask for the URL as up to 30% of those posting here some days are actually posting to the wrong support forum for their software.

   We Volunteers are not ware of which blogs are marked "mature" so when I asked you for the URL and suggested you link it to your username I had no idea whether or not your blog had mature content.

   If you think your blog has been incorrectly labeled as "mature" by Staff then please contact Staff about that. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

   No, it's about the LINKING issue, timethief. I don't care if my blog is marked Mature or not, I'm it's only visitor. Well, nearly.
   But moderators here are asking me over and over again to make my username linkeable.and I cannot do that, it doesn't work.
   Personally I don't care if it works or not, but I'll pass that specific question along to support, as you suggests.
