I want to add regular linkd to places I have found useful. It is under widgets but the function soes not work . I can post links in the blogroll but this is not where they go. How do I turn on the function of the links in the side bar? I see I am not the only frustrated user here.

Can I link a picture to the origianl sight?
You add links to your blogroll by going to your Admin => Blogroll and there is a section for adding your links. To show them in the sidebar, you need to drag the "links" widget into the sidebar in your Admin => Presentation => Widgets. You simply find the "links" widget at the bottom, click and drag it to the position you want it to show in the sidebar above it.
