Links from custom headers

  1. I've changed the standard header in my blog -- http://bohsnews.wordpress.com/ -- to use a custom image header (not great but a temporary stopgap).
Clicking on the standard header from anywhere in the blog brings the reader back to the intended front page. But this link is not present with the custom header.
Is it possible to make the image linkable?

  2. Actually, that's not quite correct. I have just set my test-blog to theme same theme and it's actually the text with the default header that clickable, not the image.

If you turn this text off then there's no click. Unfortunately I don't think there's a way you can change this.

  3. You're right. It's the default header text that's clickable. I wonder if it's possible to have it transparent, so it doesn't show, but is still clickable?
