I had a comment on my blog from an rss subscriber that the links aren't showing in Google Reader. They're active on the blog though. I've had a look at the backend to see if there's anything that could affect this, but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas?

The website connected to your username is not a WordPress.com blog, and we won't be able to help you with that.
They do have a .COM blog - linked from the site linked to their username.

The theme has been changed on that blog. The one raincoaster and I saw previously provided zero indication that it was a wordpress.com blog

So, yes it is a wordpress.com blog and always has been. I have just changed the theme, but the one I used previously was, again, for a wordpress blog.
Where do I check the RSS feed settings? Do you mean on the blog, or in reader?
