I'm trying to figure out how to change how my blog is named within the 'My Blogs' page on WordPress.com

Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog then, Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.
There will be a delay when it comes to seeing the change under "My Blogs". http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/
