"load more posts" button

    Hi all,

    recently I noticed, that my wordpress blog (http://agrarapps.com) for which I'm using the Twenty Ten Theme get a nice "load more posts" button on the bottom of the blog, to load more posts ;) I'm happy with this feature but would like to have the text of the button in German language - because my blog is in German language ;)

    I'm native German speaking and my translation for the button would be: "Weitere Artikel"

    Would be great if you could integrate this translation into the theme.

    This may be a bit more basic... but how did you get the load more posts button? All my posts are showing up on my homepage and it's a reallllly long page... :( I'm using the main theme... nothing fancy...

    I'm sorry but Staff have introduced "infinite scroll" to some themes like Twenty Ten and will be implementing it on all themes that have a suitable structure for infinite scroll. This is a site wide change.

    If you have a theme with footer widgets then you can use a workaround to regain control over how many posts are displayed on the front page of your blog. All you need to do is install an empty text widget into any footer area for widgets. When you do that there will be a "load more poasts" link at the bottom of your running page for posts. http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/to-infinity?replies=137

    Sometimes when staff tweak a feature a certain amount of blogs receive the tweak update so they can test for bugs before they release the tweak update site wide...

Do I understand it correctly, that the translation of the "load more posts" button into German language will happen automatically because the default language of my blog is set to German? Or do I still have to do something to apply the translation for the button?

    No.

    The translation is approved by me and now we have to wait, until it gets deplayed by staff. See this support article for more details:
