Locked out of upgraded account

    I have an upgraded account with WP. From the past, I have a wordpress.com account that's not in use (smartfranchise.wordpress.com). But today couldn't log into main account (which hosts (?) familyconversations.com.au), reset password, but turns out what was reset was the defunct account. This is linked to same email as the active one.
    Now I can't get into the account I am actually using and paid for, and have mapped domain to.

    I know it was probably caused by multiple accounts same email address. But up to now worked fine.

    Can't access WP support because can't log into the premium account.

    Help would be great! Thanks in advance

    That would indeed be the cause and only Staff can sort this now. Please subscribe to this thread, which I have tagged for their attention, so you are notified when Staff espond.

    Resolved by changing email addresses associated with the defunct account. That allowed me back into the active one.
