Hiya,
I'm logged in for my blog, however when I view my blog the bar at the top isn't there. Another problem is that the comments don't realise that it is me the admin for the blog, meaning I have to type in my details and can't edit posts unless going back to the dashboard.

sounds like you need to send feedback to staff (use the button in the upper right of the dashboard)

meanwhile waiting for the reply from support, you may also try to clear your browser cache and cookies and relogin.
also, since your blog is on custom mapped domain clear DNS cache as well. as you're on windows, issue the following command into the command prompt window: ipconfig /flushdns
