Looking for a plugin or theme

  1. Hello all,
I am looking to create the following behavior :
    http://shareimage.ro/images/eq5conqxv2a9rtdwfwnt.jpg
    http://makr.com/

(growing image and description while all other stay same size and view able)

What would be the best approach ?
is there a theme/plugin which gives the same behavior ?

    Thanks,

The blog I need help with is kishke.wordpress.com.

  2. There is no FTP access to WordPress.com free hosted blogs.

The only versions of the themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs are found here in your dashboard > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/ You cannot build your own theme here nor can you upload any third party themes.

We bloggers cannot install any plugins. Those are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

There is no upgrade that you can purchase from WordPress.com that provides FTP access, the ability to install plugins, third party themes and software into free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  3. Timethief , thanks for your response.
My question was not about this platform (online wordpress) but rather on personal hosted one.

I was lookign for wordpress experts who can give an opinion how can that behavior be built up.

    Thanks,

  4. rather on personal hosted one

We do not provide support for local installs of WordPress.org software on these support WordPress.com forums. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs here.

Support for your software and any advice you need are provided on the WordPress.org support forums and they are here http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don't have a username account at WordPress.org, click that link and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.

  5. Thanks!!!!

  6. You're welcome.
