Looking for a specific feature for a theme

I don't know if this is available or not. I would like the body of my text to be hidden with only the header visible. Then to read the body of text associated with the header the viewer will click on the header and then the text will appear underneath the header. Is something like that available or can that be changed on my current theme I'm using?
    Thank you.

The blog I need help with is bbacharach2009.wordpress.com.

  2. That doesn't sound like a feature that any of the WordPress.com themes have as far as I know.

  3. Regardless of theme, I think you could achieve that by inserting the more tag on the very first line of the body text in your posts. Then all that would display would be the post title and the "read more" link. You could give it a try and see if that works for you.

  4. Clever thinking Timethief.

But I got the feeling that iwantnousername wanted a single post/image on every page. I suppose they could limit their posts page to a single post and make a version using your idea though. I just don't know if that would fit the bill enough.

Oddly enough, this might be one of those cases where a basic HTML site might be easier than WordPress.

Thank you both for your interest and your thoughts. I will play with the more tag idea and see how I like it.
Your prompt responses are a positive reflection of this fine website.
    Thanks again,

  6. Happy to help.

    Best of luck.
