I've tried blogging put never really gotten far.
So I am looking for someone that would like to blog with, almost keep me blogging. That way I don't get bored with blogging.

If you need to force yourself to blog it is probably not a good activity - also you should blog about things that you enjoy - just having a blog because it is the thing to do is not all that good an idea - not much fun
Well, since you asked a very similar question four months ago and don't seem to have got anywhere, you don't seem very keen on blogging.
