   hi , there I'am new to wordpress . Looking for followers for my blog , for feedback and just general support.
   My blog is basicaly about anything and I don't really know anyone yet.

   (1) IMO the best place to start is by reading the wordpress.com Support Documentation here: Getting started http://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-started/

   (2) I am a blogging tips blogger with 3 years of wordpress experience. I also have tumblr and blogspot blogs but the blog linked to my user name here is primarily aimed at wordpress users.     P.S. There is no such thing as "passive" blog promotion. You must be prepared to use social media like twitter and friendfeed and also to join social networks, online groups and forums if you wish to establish a readership and encourage growth.
