   I just blogged about the lack of sleep I have been getting. An I was wondering if anyone had tips on turning off the mind and sleeping when I need to sleep. Thanks!

   This probably isn't the best way to go, but I do sleep! People get tickled by my escapades but after spending many of nights not sleeping I will gratefully take my Ambien:)
