Loss of network connection when I try to save my work.

  1. Hello,
    I'm working on a free blog. Why when I try to save my columns I lose my network connection and I lose all my work? This happens more and more often and I'm afraid to lose my job if I try to save. Help me s.v.p.

  2. Exactly how do you connect to the internet and to WordPress.com please?
    Have you checked with your ISP for known issues?

  3. I have a high speed internet connection cable and my browser is Firefox. I've never had before For troubleshooting. But now it is a recurring problem. I checked the forum, but I have not seen For troubleshooting like mine. What I'm asking is because I'm working on my blog on the WordPress server as admin, how is it that I lose the connection to the server?

  4. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

    If you are, please do these:
    (1) Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

    (2) Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled

    http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654

    (3) Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    (4) Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

    If you are not successful let us know:
    How you areconnecting to the internet and to WordPress.com;
    Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/
    And, also post any error reports you get.

  5. Hello,
    Firefox is my updated version of 22.0. I emptied the cache and check that Java Script was enabled. And third-party cookies are accepted. For now it works fingers crossed that it continuously.
