  Just started/posted my first blog but I do not understand how do people view it? Where does one find it? I wanted to know if it’s out there.

  The blog linked to your username is a “private” blog. If you want to change it to a public blog follow these instructions. In time the search engines will index your content and it will become available through search engines searches. You can verify your blog ownership with the major search engines by using this process. See here for getting more views and traffic

  http://carknowledge.wordpress.com/ is marked private by its owner.

  Means nobody can see it unless you invite them in. Is that what you wanted?

  If not:

  Dashboard >> Settings >> Privacy >> change a setting to let people in.
