  1. Now please help me.
I was using YOUR services but in January... I lost! I was typing http://www.cuneytornek.com/wp-admin and suddenly I ended-up on http://www.cuneytornek.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cuneytornek.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 !! I paid I think $20 or $30 and suddenly... I lost my service. I now have cuneytornek.wordpress.com and it's fine but all the work I did on http://www.cuneytornek.com/wp-admin is lost! Probably it's somewhere which I don't know but you surely know. I BOUGHT http://www.cuneytornek.com from YOU.
This will be the last mail that I will send to you because... I don't know what I can do!
Thank you very much for ANY HELP that you can give me...

The domain name cuneytornek.com was purchased from Tucows on October 19, 2010. It looks like cuneytornek.com is hosted with NetFirms.com and is using WordPress.org.

Because your site is self-hosted with a different provider, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your site's files or the ability to provide support for your current issue.

You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: http://wordpress.org/support/ http://codex.wordpress.org/

If you need professional help for your self-hosted WordPress site, please check out http://jobs.wordpress.net/ You may also wish to contact support at NetFirms.com for more assistance.

  3. Thank you SO MUCH for the explanations you have given. I'll be honest... I was wondering all support since... January 2013! Imagine... 5 months.
Well right now, Thanks to You, I am a little more intelligent. Just tell me one thing... The 'production' files... the files I need to have to recover my work... are they with NetFirms? Also... I will forget about NetFirms and I will work with you??? To who belongs 'www.cuneytornek.com' ??? I am sorry for the questions. I will promise: I wont bother you anymore! :-)
Jonathan, thank you once more... Your help was efficient and gentle.

    Hi Cüneyt,

Yes, all of your current files should be with your host, NetFirms.

To move your blog from a WordPress.org instance to here at WordPress.com, please follow the steps in this guide:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-from-wordpress-org

If you run into any issues, feel free to reply back as we'd be happy to assist.

  5. Thank you so much Jonathan!

  6. By the way... Sorry but I forgot... I already have cuneytornek.wordpress.com . My files to transfer would be all that was on WordPress.org right?
I was trying... and I don't need any of the existent files. I work with http://www.netfirms.com and I sent them a mail to transfer a copy to you.
    Thanks for your assistance.... :-)

  7. Sorry but I am sure I need $20 or $30 a year with you no?

It sounds like you don't want to import any of your old posts or content and you want a fresh start, is this correct?

If that's what you're looking for, you can point cuneytornek.com to cuneytornek.wordpress.com by purchasing the Domain Mapping Upgrade. For more information see: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

Please let me know if there is anything else that I can do to help.

  9. Well not really... Everything that was on WordPress.org I want them on WordPress.com. Look at http://www.cuneytornek.com and I want everything on the new WordPress.com.
    Sorry for being a pain...
