Lost Blog Roll in Titan

  1. I can no longer see my blog roll at the bottom of my page, or any pages. I am using Titan and am unsure as to what to do or who to contact. Any suggestions? Thanks Darrell

The blog I need help with is nycdancestuff.wordpress.com.

  2. Please clear your browser cache and cookies because I'm using Firefox 11 and I can clearly see your sidebar. http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
Also be sure your browser version is updated to the latest stable version and not to a BETA = buggy version. You can upgrade any browser version here. http://browsehappy.com/

  3. Yikes! I'm sorry. I just figured out what's going on with your blog. Staff have introduced “infinite scroll” to some themes and will be implementing it on all themes that have a suitable structure for infinite scroll. This is a site wide change.

Titan is a theme with footer widgets and you can use a workaround to regain control over how many posts are displayed on the front page of your blog. If you have a theme with footer widgets all you need to do is install an empty text widget into any footer area for widgets. When you do that there will be an option displayed on this pgae > Settings > Reading to disable infinite scroll. Once you have done that your number of posts set on that same Reading page will prevail.

  4. Thanks Timethief,

I figured it out and it was not difficult at all.

    For others with this problem...

    Dashboard>appearance>widgets>select right, center or left...

There is an available blog roll widget, drag into widget and save.

I have my blog roll back....yeah
    Thanks....

  5. Good to know and best wishes with your blog.
