You deleted the Hello World placeholder post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ Start publishing posts and that 404 (page not found) will disappear as soon as you publish the first post. http://http//en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
When you delete a post, page, comment, or media file from your blog, it will be moved to the Trash folder. You have separate trash folders for posts, pages, comments, and uploads. To find the post and restore it from Trash see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash

Just write and publish a new post of your own and the 404 page not found message will go away.
