   Hello,
   I first want to clear that I am the new employee of New Star Environmental that is in charge of creating blogs. The previous employee in charge of the creation of the blogs had created the original blog; however, when he left, we were not privy to any of the information needed to access the blog. As of right now, I cannot edit inside of the blog and the marketing manager cannot post his columns for customers. I would appreciate any customer service for this problem and hope I can hear an answer in the near future.

   All blogs here belong to the original account that opened them - the blog you reference above is empty and was created today.

   Is that the blog you are referring to?

   Make nice with the old employee and get the log in information and have them transfer the blog to someone within the company

   Hi,
   Yes, I know what you are referring to. No, this is not the blog I was referencing. As of right now, this is a temporary blog I made to ask this question.
   As to the old blog, when the old employee who managed the blog left, he kept the information needed to maintain the blog. To put shortly, the old employee was let go because he was ineffective in getting what the company needed. In other words, he will not give me the information that I need.
   Is there anyone I can talk to at WordPress so that I get what I need. Thank you again for responding.
