   Hi I REALLY hope you can help! Our company website was created using WordPress. I am at a dead end. I have been tasked with updating our site, however; the person who created the site is no longer with the company and nobody here knows the username or password for our site within WordPress. The e-mail address he may have used is no longer valid because we have switched our email provider since then.

   Is there a way to get this information re-set so we can obtain access to our website files?

   You've reached support for the free blogs hosted at WordPress.com. The site you've indicated is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (using the free WordPress.org software).

   To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
