    Servers
I use your servers and built my website with WordPress last year. Over a week ago the site disappeared and it said when I tried to find it redirected to 1 and 1 I contacted them, they said an error probably due to hacking into the site. They told me to go to my domain owner LCN. I did and They confirmed it had been redirected to 1 and 1 and changed it back to your servers as this is where it should be. That was 2 days ago... But no site still. I am loosing business because customers cannot get to the site.

  2. We don't have a clue which site URL you are referring to because you failed to provide it. Would you please post it now?

  3. I searched your other threads. is this the URL http://angelhealingwithsharon.co.uk/

Are you trying to domain map to that domain from a free hosted WordPress.com blog? If so what is the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL please?

If you would like to use your domain you will first need to purchase a domain mapping upgrade http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/ set up domain mapping. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

After you make the domain mapping purchase here > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and do the primary blog set up it can take between 24 - 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What's important during that stage is to be patient.

I have been on my dashboard and I cannot find the button 'store domains' to map . I am following the process on the website and the next stage I need to do is go to this button, but I cannot see it.

  8. you have repeatedly been ask over several months to post the blog here

your-site.wordpress.com and you have refused ..........

Until you tell us the base blog here you need help with NOBODY here can help you

  9. Thanks @TT - they have mapped angelhealingwithsharon.com/ to an empty blog

    No mapping for: angelhealingwithsharon.co.uk

I cannot find the button 'store domains' to map

Means they are either not Admin of that blog or they are in a WordPress.ORG installed blog Dashboard

This has been going on for several months now - if they really had a blog here that was mapped then it should have content in it unless their log-in info was gotten by another person and that person deleted content-

The mapping to an empty blog that the OP claims had a content in it before has me confused

  10. @TT

Thanks for the cache page - that is a WordPress.ORG installed blog on their own servers, which means they are in the wrong forum and will not be able to recover their content.

But from their struggling I am not sure how they get things fixed unless they have a Webmaster of some sort to straighten their sites out for them

  11. that is a WordPress.ORG installed blog on their own servers, which means they are in the wrong forum and will not be able to recover their content.

Exactly. That site is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and those are the only blogs we provide support for here. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. If sharonelliott566743063 doesn't have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ she can register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so she can post there.
