    how is it possible to activate an e-mail address as a link enabling visitors to click directly to send a mail?

    Yes but it's not wise to post an email adders in a format that email harvesting spam bots will be on like fleas of a dog. That's why WordPress.com provides a secure contact form . http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
