   The background of the page where people leave comments won't match the same as my main wordpress page.

   here's my wordpress

   I've tried everything and I can't seem to make the background match! Keep in mind that I made the template myself. Please help if you can.

   I can't give you any CSS guidance, but I can say that's a snazzy-looking site!

   You have center twice in this line, and you need to make sure that you add !important to it such as below:

   #page {
   background:transparent url(http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b70/vicky_l/Wordpress/bg-1.png) repeat-y scroll center !important;

   The original background in #page has "!important" and is overriding your background.
