How do I make all my Posts to come under my greeting text on the front page? So first it says welcome To …. and then the actual blog begins.

If you're talking about the blog linked to your username, then
a) go to Pages > add New, create your welcome page and select the Showcase template from the pulldown in the Page Attributes module of the page editor;
b) go to Settings > Reading and set your front to display that page instead of your latest posts.More on Twenty Eleven here:

All posts are floting right.btw. its not the blog linked to my username. Im doing the other one local.

one other problem, when i did the new page as you told me, Home still exists, and its not repaced with the new one...
