I am looking into how easy or hard it is to make money on my blog, http://www.fahrenbite.wordpress.com. I know that wordpress used to not want ads on blogs, is that still the case? Is there another way I can possibly make money off of it? And if so, how many viewers do I need daily to make a profit?

You are not allowed to host ads. You are not allowed to use affiliate links. If you wish to blog and use advertising or affiliate links for income, you will have to buy external hosting and move your blog there. Most people who blog for ad income find the income does not pay for the hosting.
Don't even bother with ads unless you have a robust 1000 readers a day.
