Making my blog searchable on Google and other major search engines?

  1. How do I make my blog searchable on Google and the other major search engines? I am running my blog on WordPress.com not .org. I have 10+ posts and my blog isn't recoverable on Google when I type in my blog name.

    Help would be appreciated!

  3. Google takes up to seven weeks to index blogs, in part to prevent indexing spam blogs. Just blog good, original content, and be patient.

  4. Oh okay! so after the seven weeks, will I then be able to search my posts and my main blog page regularly on google? And is this just for google, or will my blog start to be indexed on other engines as well?

  5. Other search engines have different schedules, but if you have been regularly blogging for seven weeks, you wil get on their radar.

  6. Thanks for your help.
