Making photos show in posts using Grisaille theme

  1. How do I make my photos show in my posts? You have to open each blog post to see the photo. When I see other people who use this theme they have photos.

    The blog I need help with is iheartpolrbears.wordpress.com.

  2. I too would like to remove the default that inserts a cut into the posts. I want images showing on the main post.!

  3. @iheartpolrbears
    Please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog wearing the Grisaille theme. The one linked to your username is wearing Twenty Eleven.

    @patrisearts
    The same goes for you as the blog linked to your username is wearing Quintus theme until you post an active link starting with http:// to the blog wearing Grisaille we cannbot even begin to help you.

    To be clear we cannot edit templates or themes and arbitrarily remove this or that. The newer themes tend to display excerpts only on the front page.
    re: Grisaille and any theme with an active excerpt box you can use this workaround
    You compose your whole post first and before you publish it you switch to the HTML (Text) editor, copy the code, paste it into the Excerpt box, and publish the post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/excerpts/#creating-excerpts

    If you do not see an excerpt box then go to screen options on the top right hand corner of your Admin page and include:
    Post – Likes and Shares, Format*, Categories, Tags, Excerpt, Send Trackbacks, Discussion, Comments**, Slug, Author, Revisions, Writing Helper

    P.S.  On themes that do have an active excerpt function, the workaround works very well but you have to do it on every post you create.
