It's not likely that your blog is infected. It's more likely that your computer is. Please log out and run a full computer anti-virus and malware scan.

It looks like you deleted your blog. I don't see any suspicious activity on your blog (other than it's deletion), and the problem is much more likely to be malware on your computer than anything in the blog itself.
I hope you were able to get resolution.
