A load of people have told me that this link has Malware. I can't find anything. And how on earth could it have if it is a wordpress.com account and not something I have made myself? I haven't added anything in the last few days. Please help.

Ran a check using the Norton Site safety. If you trust these things, then http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=http:%2F%2Fow.ly%2FwEi0 (Notice it's the ow.ly link, not the WP.com link)
You might want to ask the people reporting the issue what AV program/Firewall they're running.
