Manage Subscription link in the emails blog audience receive, is broken. Why is there not a single click unsubscription option for people who may not be registered with WP?

Have you reported this to Staff in a support ticket? I'm asking because they are busy working at fixing the subscription function at present.

The consistency of Support has been confusing lately. I reported this problem first directly to the support and am still waiting for the reply. I later posted another issue in the forum here which has already received a support reply.
So above is redundant as it has already been sent to the support staff two days ago. I am assuming the manage subscription link is broken for many people?
