mapping problem

  On 4 March I paid to have my blog (papakuraosteopaths.wordpress.com) mapped to my domain name http://www.papakuraosteopaths.co.nz.
  I followed the instructions for mapping, and as far as I know, have done it all correctly. I contacted my domain host and they said it was an issue with the wordpress server not recognizing my domain name. I have sent two emails to support but so far no reply. Anyone got any ideas as to how I can get this sorted?

  opps i forgot to say on my post that my problem is, mapping is still not working.
