   I clicked to renew domain mapping, charged $13. But I can't renew the domain it is mapped to for some reason. There is NO cancel button. There is nothing to be done in the store. I have done everything that was told to me and it is not working. I am having a lot of trouble and I would like my 13 back I paid to map to a domain that does not even exist. Please help me without saying "STOP making repeat threads your question was answered" If it was answered, I would stop contacting you.

   You understand it's a holiday, right?

   It may be Wednesday at the earliest before staff replies.

   Five or six threads won't change that.

   You have created SIX threads all on the same issue. I have replied to your and clearly stated that you need to stop creating duplicates and start waiting patiently for a Staff response which is unlikely to happen any time soon. return to the thread that's tagged for Staff attention. http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/refund-please-11?replies=2#post-1108322

   Theoretical question: Will creating duplicate threads help me get support any more quickly than waiting in a single thread tagged for Staff support?

   My answer: Absolutely not. When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff using the support link or by flagging a thread here in the forums for their assistance it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets and threads with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once on the same issue or bump threads the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

   On the top of every forum page you see this link Welcome franklinandtodd. Click it and connect to your forum profile age where you will locate very comment in every thread yopur posted yourself or posted into on these support forums.
