Hello, I just tweaked a plugin and my whole blog went screwy. I turned off Javascript on Clean Archives Reloaded and everything on my site aligned to the right, and my sidebar is all screwed up now.
I have recently disconnected and reconnected my theme for a different issue, but I can't see how that is related. It ran find after that... Any ideas?

Found the problem. For some reason I had to add
@import url("../twentyten/style.css");
@import url("../twentyten/rtl.css");
to my style.css after I upgraded wordpress. I was using a child theme, but didn't have it officially slected somehow. I had to get rid of the rtl.css line, and all went back to normal. I don't know why, but I'm happy.
Sorry, that site is self-hosted and you need to head over to the WordPress.org forums as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently.
