Media Carousel
-
Instructions say: To switch to tiled layouts from the default, head over to Settings → Media in your blog’s dashboard, scroll down to “Image Gallery Carousel,” and select the box next to “Display all your gallery pictures in a cool mosaic.”
My media settings page does not have this option. Clicking an image in my gallery does not open a carousel; instead it pops up one image beneath the header, so you must scroll down to see it all, and there is a “next” button to advance images, where you have to scroll down again… doesn’t work like your example shows. ??

WordPress.org users can currently get the Image Carousel when they’ve enabled it in the Jetpack plugin. The tiled mosaic display is supposed to be included in a future release of Jetpack.
