I have created a blog at ottawaemploymentlawblog.com and have a menu on the side. I would like to change the titles of the menu items and can't seem to figure this out. I can't even add any more categories. Is there a set limit to the number of categories? Can I change this?

1) No, there's no limit to the number of categories.
2) Why are you using Custom Menu widgets instead of the Recent Posts widget and the Categories widget? The former will always have to be updated manually while the latter update automatically.
