Menus not linking to posts

  1. Hello. I have some sub-menus that aren't accessible. When my mouse is over a few of my sub-menu items, I cannot click on that menu category. The cursor doesn't change to a 'pointer-finger' indicating it is a clickable link. I have published posts in all of those sub-menu categories. But I did recently rearrange my menus. How can I fix all the menu links so they're accessible? I have theme 'Dawn to Dusk'. Thanks.

The blog I need help with is spsparrow.wordpress.com.

  2. You can create a custom menu and include exactly what you want in it while excluding what you don't want from it.

Among the most common misconceptions is that bloggers fail to understand is
    (1) there is only one page we can post to in any blog and
    (2) the static pages http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ they create do not automatically update.

Only the dynamic pages like Categories, Tags and Archives created by the software when we publish a post we that we have assigned Categories and Tags too will update automatically update with new posts.

By default the front page of the blog is the post that displays all posts in your blog. Though there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts (not pages) http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.

We organize posts by assigning categories to them. You can create a custom menu and add the dynamic categories pages into the custom menu. Then add your sub-pages as well.

  3. Thank you for the info. All of my submenus are categories. The only static page I have is the home page. Therefore, my few submenu items that aren't working are also just categories of posts. I have no trouble creating or organizing them and I have read through the support docs. But I still can't find the answer I'm looking for: I can't click on some sub-menus to view those categorized posts, as if no link exists and it's just floating text.
