message: my site violated terms???!!!!!!! WHAT? probation???? WHY

  1. Help, what happened here. I got message that site is not active and ON PROBATION? please for what, why was I not told what was going on? How can this be RESOLVED????? linda Willows This is very disturbing....

The blog I need help with is lindawillows.wordpress.com.

  2. Use the link in the message in your dashboard to directly contact the TOS department. Staff will not discuss TOS issues here in the forums.

  3. This is not a matter for posting to a public forum. We Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff. You have a warning notice with a link in it — please click that link as it works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed). If you have already contacted Staff by using the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.

  4. Probation? That's very interesting. They used to just suspend blogs instead of giving probation.

I'm not staff but I literally do not see anything on http://lindawillows.wordpress.com/ that would raise a flag at all. Your best bet is to ask staff for details.

  5. Maybe a more "humane" WordPress.COM? Usually they go straight to suspended - I have seen a few suspensions of the ability to make a new Post - that did tend to get peoples attention. Like @raincoaster said nothing looks strange - but the staff have been known to make mistakes - so read the links @TT gave and contact the staff.

  6. closing thread due to forum policy
